To get the glitch shown:
1) Select Ninento WFC 2 players.
2) Both players select (any) character.
3) Select Worldwide or Continental
4) Select a vs. race.
5) P1 selects any character.
6) P1 presses B to go back to previous menu
7) P2 enters player select - now both characters are the SAME.
8) Contune on through options - after online players are selected, P2 has no vehicle on track select screen!
