This is the first video to be recorded with my new Dazzle DVD Recorder HD R2 (which almost is similar to the Dazzle DVC 100 in appearance but is better in performance). To test the quality, I've decided to do a Quality Test. Mario Party 9 seems like a good game for this test so that's what I did.
So what's the video on? Well, the video shows some of the minigames played in Mario Party 9. I've set Luigi to hard and Toad to normal. Which leaves Princess Daisy as me and my brother (yes I have one) as Koopa Troopa. These were really fun and close, especially Line in the Sand. There's one minigame here that I completely lost in, which was Smash Compactor. MP9 has one of the best minigames, however I did not like the change when the Party mode rules of the game have been changed.
Now on to my thoughts on the quality of the video: Well, for starters it's good, better than my previous device (Phillips DVD Recorder) however, I could go further with the quality. Also the audio is kinda low. I was also able to allow my Dazzle to record PAL 60 mode, so expect videos with a much cleaner quality! ;)
So there you go. I will use the Dazzle from now on. Well, enjoy the satisfactory quality! =)
