The Peach Monarchs (MacDaddyNook) take on the Donkey Kong Wilds (Ryukasakei) in a brand new baseball match just in time for Summer in Mario Super Sluggers for the Nintendo Wii.

Yoshi Park is the stadium for this matchup. The primary gimmick of this field would be the warp pipes scattered in the outfield and foul territories. Should a ball land in one of the pipes, it will warp from another, greatly affecting the landing of the ball. Fly balls caught when exiting the pipe will act as if they were still in the air, with the catch resulting in an out. In addition to the pipes, there is a Yoshi train that travels along the backside of the outfield that players can get run over by.
