Marshall Jefferson is often now regarded as the godfather of House music and in this event, live from Future Skills @ Media City, Marshall will talk about his career in the music industry and how the original TR909, TR808 and TB303 units shaped the Chicago house sound.
David Åhlund from Roland will also give a demonstration of their modern counterparts, the Roland Aira range and Marshall will explain how they play a part in his current production activities.
There will then be have a discussion about the future of electronic music and what equipment we could have in another 30 years time with a select panel including both Marshall and David.
