So for this team up of dirty tricksters, I like to call them The Eternals. Under most circumstances, this team has the ability to last a really, really long time due to tons of active and passive healing. Once again, the crooked branch provides awesome utility. The staff of asklepios increases all of the healing done and also provides a nice rolling heal itself. Strange and Chanty pretty much get passive heal for doing what they are supposed to do and that is put out dots and then turn around and exploit them. To make the team really pop, get the baleful ISO for Strange so that he can exploit attrition just like Chanty's emerald wave. The agent also can proc some heals himself just by using/countering via the DFR. If you run a tank agent, you can do the same thing but just change the action order of the staff/branch. You can even use tactical Strange with a snappy service ISO to ensure all off his buffs are a QA. If you feel somebody is in trouble, slap them with the big shield which can also phase them with his A-ISO. The phase comes in very handy for Chanty who has several subtle abilities that will not make her tangible.
