Marvel Avengers Alliance-Hadron Collider and Horsemen sale!
14Hi folks! I know this long video is hot on the heels of the recent Week in MAA video but there's a lot to talk about. I wanted to recruit Ultimate Spiderman "live" in the last video so I released it ahead of the sale I knew was coming up.
So for the sale going on, we have the Neurotrope, the Blade of the Guardian, the Horsemen alts and a new gold sale item called the Small Hadron Collider (likely a reference to the Pym spec ops coming up?)
This device features NO quick actions (except for the #1 item with snappy service) but could definitely ramp up to being a monster. It has amazing synergy with 2 hero groups and 1 specific hero. It works well with ground attacks, magnetic style attacks and Ghost Rider. Aside from GR, an every round soulfire is basically a nanoplague. Not 100% but definitely close. Using snappy service allows you to just about give your team a SMITR type buff every round AND make your ground attacks crit which is not normally possible.
Should you get this new item? I'd say yes. Is it as game making as the WCD? Well, with it's lack of QAs built in and real support, I think it is SLIGHTLY behind the WCD but not by very much. If you want to use this on OFFENSE (I find it too tough to use on defense), you can easily build killer teams around this item.
