Sadly, the first 30 seconds of audio is messed up again but I was not able to re-record this so I had to go with it.

As we all know, stamina is now equal within PVP and PVE. In PVE, you almost don't care as much as you can always whip out some cookies or other assorted stamina recharging items. In PVP, it was not an issue thanks to the tactician and generalist bonuses. Now, we face our first season without increased stamina. Years ago, going after stamina was possible via Dr. Voodoo and it has some results. It fell out of fashion but could return with a vengeance thanks to the changes...or will it?

Attacking stamina is now viable but it is best not to go full ham, hog wild, balls out stamina drain. Straining really won't cut it. You need a full on actual drain like from Voodoo, Crystal or even Kuurth. To go super drain, I used Voodoo and Crystal along with a few items on the agent. When it works, it works well and definitely CAN ruin your day. You do however wind up sacrificing a lot of punch to accomplish this.

My verdict is that it is possible but likely not the best idea. To truly accomplish this properly, balance the team. Bring one hero who can drain and an item or 2 but then devote the rest to normal combat. Bringing Voodoo, the experiment along with the witch hammer is probably where you should stop and then make the other hero normal along with your agent gears.
