In some discussions about my previous video on using Electro so setup some shennanigans concerning the elemental properties of his surge, it was brought up that Storm also works well in this scenario. Her shroud can help lessen the damage of elemental attacks and as we showed, surge makes everybody into PIkachu. Well, I wanted to do a video on using her and surge and I also remembered that Sandman is supposed to be dodging electricity attacks (formerly straight up immunity). Sadly, while Storm does work nicely with Electro especially with her personal E and A isos, Sandman doesn't. His passive of evading electrical attacks does not work. It does however prove that PDs code is very scattershot when it comes to consistency. Kuurth will flat out laugh at radiation attacks and avoid all of it even if radiation is just a component of the attack (example-Havok's level 1). Sandman however is not afforded the same coding. Why?
