Starting off we are able to play as 8 new DLC (at no extra change) characters never before released on any PlayStation platform, these include Dr.Doom, Sabertooth, Magnito, Venom, Hulk, Hawkeye, Cyclops, and Nightcrawler. As I have already chosen the X-Men as my team, Iceman is going to be replaced by Cyclops. The X-Men use Wong's Orb of Teleportation to travel to Castle Doom to save Nightcrawler. Things in Castle Doom are a little strange, and shortly after locating and defeating Jean Grey it is shown that the Orb of Teleportation never sent them to Castle Doom, but instead sent them to Arcade's Murderworld. Now the X-Men must survive the circus theamed Murderworld complete with Pitfall, a hedgemaze of death, and a massive pinball machine. Senator Kelly has also be saved by the X-Men. After playing a claw machine the X-Men rescue Blade the vampire hunter, who becomes playable later on. Jean Grey is saved from the Pitfall arcade and freed from Arcade's mind control, but Nightcrawler is nowhere to be found. After collecting a golden tickets, the X-Men can officially enter the Fun House and deal with Arcade personally.
