In a recent interview with GameSpot, two of Capcom's producers revealed the strange reason why Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite has no mutant characters. According to them, Marvel said that no one remembers the X-Men and that the game should have more recognizable characters like Rocket Raccoon and Captain Marvel.

In this Tony's Take, I give my thoughts on this ridiculous reasoning behind taking away characters that have been in the classic fighting game series since its inception.
