AAAAAAAANYWAYS I don't fully get this nightmares design. There's mostly a theming based around different forms of executions but I dunno of any execution involving scissors... maybe it's a malpractice nightmare?

Anyways as for the boss itself. In phase 1 don't even bother looking for a trap to use against the nightmare there aren't any nearby no matter what party you use. Secondly don't rely on blood skelter that's just me being an idiot not wanting to risk fainting from life purge (even though jack get's all his health back between phases)

This boss is very fast and will be skipping turns often if you aren't on top of things. The weaknesses vary but all you need to know is earth is the way to go if you can.

Phase 2 has the boss act 3 different ways. At full health it's strangely passive leaving the fighting to the heads, at 70% it will frequently start double attacking, at 30% it says no fun for you and will everyones turn out of nowhere with no warning. Meaning you cannot hesitate you need to act fast.

All of its attacks can inflict dread (basically SP poison) so remember Alice's blood talent. Actually all of them are very good for this boss so I recommend using Jack and Mary's Party because not only is it a fairly balanced team but Mary can buff the entire party and has a boosted chance of activating bonus effects including Kagome Kagome (that turn thing), Alice can heal all status effects, Little Mermaid gives regeneration, Charlotte heals the party for a solid amount of HP, and Otsuu gives an Aegis Barrier stopping at least one attack for everyone. On top of that items are basically a must for this fight and Charlotte has enough HP to take a few attacks unlike Snow White or Gretel.

*STORY SPOILERS BELOW*
After this boss more story happens where you find a portal to the final dungeon (possibly final dungeon) and go back to tell everyone. In the Middle of the night Jack wakes up to see Guillotine entered the base and is dragging away... Mary's lifeless body.
