For the exterior, you can get away with repeatedly activating the lightning rods. The hatch fight is fairly straightforward if you know where the waves come from. The interior is relatively unremarkable, and the Broker just requires that you know how to stagger him.
The "glitch" I was talking about when you go into the ship interior isn't really a glitch in the strictest sense of the word since the ship exterior and interior are different mission areas. Hence, squad weapons are set back to their defaults, with no enabled squad ammos.
Not much to say otherwise, although there is another small glitch that can be seen in this one. Requires some eagle eyes and if you spot it you get +1 internets.
