If you are a biotic, you can warp bomb the platforms and get through that section fairly quickly, as long as you hit all your cooldowns properly. Stasis also deals with that last triple Scion platform rapidly.

For the final fight, it is easiest just hanging out behind cover, and Viper has good armor DPS. Some people like to use the Cain to lower the HP drastically, or the Collector Beam is good for hitting the weak spots.
