FPS: min 26, max 62, avg 41.5
Engine acts weird most of the time and caps the frame rate to 30 FPS, the FPS is over 30 only when there is a new scene/level loaded and short after that it reverts to 30. It stays over 30 only in dialogs. In 720p this does not happen and FPS is almost always at 60 FPS (v sync caped).
Recorded with FRAPS @ 30 FPS in 1280x720 resolution. FRAPS adds stutters and lag.
