I usually leave and go to another match if I'm in a silver lobby and the host changes the difficulty to gold, however we had pretty good squad synergy going on so I decided to stay, I scroll through each teammate before the match loads to show their loadout.

After this match it seemed they all wanted to do another round of gold but I just sent them all gg and left lol, gold is just more hard/challenging than it is fun for me so I only play when I have to for weekend operations.

It also seems like you would burn through consumables and equipment real fast if you played it on a normal basis both of which I save up for when clearing gold is the goal in weekend operations. I'll just consider this match practice for future operations of this type.
