Hello Ghouls, Ghosts and Themlins,

This video contains all cut scene footage, important or relevant information, intermittent and post mission comments for the Omega DLC. This is the first of four installments. The missions covered in this video are: Citadel: Aria T'loak and Omega: Aria T'loak. We decided to do the renegade route for a majority of this DLC as we couldn't pass up the sweet reward Aria gives you if you play nearly full renegade. Stay tuned to the next few videos to see what she has in store for us!

As per the intel we received during the meeting with Aria on the Citadel, our FemShep arrives at the given coordinates to begin the onslaught of Omega. We creep into the Cerberus occupation while onboard a, let's call it "borrowed," Cerberus cruiser. Once within enemy lines, we begin our attack. General Petrovsky hails us from Omega warning us that he can easily destroy our ship with his new exterior defense cannons he had installed all around Omega. General Petrovsky proves to be more cunning than we initially thought so we end up having to abandon ship before it blows up!

Aria orders her crew-mates to abandon ship and set the trajectory of the escape pods to land inside Omega. All of Aria's crew-mates rush for the escape pods. Sadly, many don't even make it that far. Our FemShep and Aria rush into an escape pod at the last possible second, along with three other members of her crew. We are sharing our pod with another Human, another Asari and a Vorcha. Our escape pod careens into a large open room where there are Cerberus troops waiting to see if anyone will emerge from the pod.

Our FemShep jolts herself out of the pod, trying to cover those that are still alive within the pod and give them time to head for cover. The other three crew-mates don't make it. The Human dies during the landing, the Asari dies as soon as she exists the pod and the Vorcha dies while Aria and FemShep run for cover. That's too bad too as we would have loved having a Vorcha squad-mate! (hint, hint BioWare. We know you can totally add a Vorcha squadmate to the next Mass Effect game!)

After traversing the Cerberus infested walkways, we finally reach the control room and shut off the exterior defense cannons, giving Aria's troops the opportunity to finally land safely. While discussing the next step, our FemShep notices a moving camera nearby Aria. It is recording everything she is saying! We chose to do the renegade interrupt to shoot the camera. Now that General Petrovsky knows about our rendezvous location, we must be diligent!

After defeating a large amount of Cerberus troops, we finally get to meet the tremendous Nyreen Kandros. A badass ex-Turian Military woman whose biotic powers are phenomenal! We learn that she and Aria once had a very close romantic relationship that ended with the two of them feeling very mistrustful of each other. From here on out, Nyreen will be joining us as we attempt to get to the rendezvous point safely.
