Hello Ghouls, Ghosts and Themlins,

This video contains all cut scene footage, important or relevant information, intermittent and post mission comments for the Omega DLC. This is the second of four installments. The missions covered in this video are: Omega: Aria T'loak, Omega: Assist The Hacker and Omega: Assist The Mechanic. We decided to do the renegade route for a majority of this DLC as we couldn't pass up the sweet reward Aria gives you if you play nearly full renegade. After barely making it back to the bunker intact, Aria evaluates the situation and realizes we don't have enough troops to take on Cerberus. We must come up with a new plan to recruit some new muscle or this invasion will be completely obliterated. Ahz alerts Aria to the presence of a merc gang that is still operating and resisting the Cerberus occupation, The Talons. We saw their logo marking their territory previously. They are a group of cut-throats who deal in the illegal red sand trade. Since "they're the only game in town," our FemShep and Aria must somehow persuade them to join our cause. We set off for Talon territory immediately.

As we are maneuvering through the area, we see several Cerberus cruisers attacking the Talon outpost we are on our way to. It seems that Cerberus is trying to take them out of the equation before Aria and I can reach them! As we are fighting off Cerberus, we find the first console we were asked to look out for by the hacker. Enabling her code allows for more control over the station for Aria's team.

Proceeding through the next few areas, we come across a console that appears to be what is controlling the Cerberus lockdown in an area below us. Looking through the monitor, we can clearly see some Talon troops trapped inside the room while Cerberus attacks them. They're sitting ducks out there! We can disable the lockdown and let them retreat. Down that same corridor, we come across a room that has the second console for the hacker and an injured Talon soldier. We can revive him for some extra EXP. The next large hanger area also has two more downed Talon soldiers we can revive for more EXP.

Aria and our FemShep enter a room where some Cerberus troops managed to capture two Talon soldiers. They order us to back off but we refuse. They decide to shoot the leg of one of the Talon troops just as Nyreen swoops in from above and saves the men in style! We have a brief discussion with her about her real intentions behind her deception and disappearing act back in the bunker. She reveals that she is the Talon leader and that whatever we are here for, she won't hear it. We tell her we will join her and help her men in return for her hearing us out later.

After a fight with lots of Rampart Mechs and an Atlas, we pick up a spare Hydra Missile Launcher. Trust us, you will need it later. Our team enter an elevator but have the power cut on us by Cerberus. Shooting the latch on a nearby access panel lowers a ladder for us to escape the elevator with.

We finally arrive at this large highway like catwalk that's littered with Cerberus troops all over. After killing everything in our path, we finally reach the Talon outpost main door. The problem is the door is jammed and we now need to await the Talon engineer to take care of the issue from within. We must hold our position at any cost! Eventually, we have two Atlases jump in from above. This is where the Hydra Missile Launcher comes in handy!

Finally, we make it into the Talon outpost where Aria muscles in over Talon Leadership. She broadcasts her speech to all of Omega and causes General Petrovsky to launch another attack against the Talons in retaliation. We have a fight with plenty of Rampart Mechs to spare. Nyreen radios in asking for our help at the main gate. Before leaving this area, there are two more downed Talon soldiers we can revive. This final defense has another Atlas battle in store for us. After successfully defending the Talon outpost, Nyreen decides she will join our cause to stop Cerberus.
