Every time I play Mass Effect 3, I always end up curing the genophage. Unless I’m doing a specific playthrough for YouTube content - like my all squadmates die video (link in description). But I was curious to see if I could put myself in the shoes of a Commander Shepard that doesn’t want to cure the genophage. And surprisingly, Wrex has some unique dialogue in Mass Effect 3 if you end up taking that attitude.
If Shepard convinced Mordin to delete Maelon’s data in Mass Effect 2, then Wrex will confront the Commander about this decision during the shuttle ride to Sur’Kesh. Shepard can either apologize for deleting the data on the genophage cure or defend his actions. How you respond in this conversation impacts the way Wrex treats Shepard for much of the game.
