Mass Effect Andromeda - 56: Voeld - Battle with the Architect
0On my play-throughs I end up tackling the Architect on Voeld first, before the Architect on Eos.
As a result of doing a lot of work on Eos and Havarl first, it means I am around the mid-20s for my XP level. I also have a decent amount of materials, research points and skill points. Please note I do use a mod that increases the skill points earned per XP level (More Skill Points Per Level https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectandromeda/mods/185).
My 'Architect-killer' setup is pretty simple:
1. Turbocharge from the Combat skillset, assigned and up to 5th or 6th level. Activate whenever the legs are exposed.
2. Equalizer SMG (Remnant research tree) with the Sticky Grenade Launcher and mod slot augmentation, clip+barrel+scope mod. Use this on the legs. You'll see in the video how quickly it demolishes the legs.
3. Thokin assault rifle (Heleus research tree) with double-mod slot augmentation, another aug of your choice, barrel+clip+stock+scope mods. When the head is vulnerable, switch to the Thokin. If Turbocharge is still active, it will make quick work.
4. Vetra in the party. She also has Turbocharge and her Cyclone does great support work on the Architect and the mobs that get summoned.
