0When you leave the planet of Havarl after activating the vault, then return to it later, you will notice a limited number of Initiative staff have joined the science outpost.
Dr. Tassana Rilar, xenobotanist and Dr. Erich Baumgarten, xenogeneticist are two scientists who will give a quest regarding the accelerated growth characteristics of the flora and fauna on Havarl before the vault was activated.
