The two assassins outside of Chora's Den can be tricky on new character Insanity runs if you haven't leveled to any CC powers (Throw, Sabotage, etc), or if you skip getting the Stinger II for competent DPS. It is possible to throw them over the railing, but is somewhat difficult to pull off reliably.
It's actually easier to just talk to Barla Von and pick up Wrex, but I rarely take that route.
