Normandy arrives to the Citadel, main command center of the Galaxy, to meet the Council and expose Saren as Rogue Spectre. After landing go to the Prezydium and find Fast Trail. Go to CItadel Tower and upstairs to the meeting with the Council. Unfortunately the Council denies our accusations to Saren and refuses to cancel his Spectre status. We must find evidence on our own. Turian named Garrus Vakarian is doing his own investigation about Saren. We should find him and talk with him. C-Sec officer Harkin knows where Garrus is and we must find him in Chora's Den. Take the quest from Chorban with scanning the Keepers. You should scan every Keeper you find. Complete quick quest with preaching Elkor and C-Sec oficer. They are in Presidium you must find them on foot. Find Jahleed and take the quest to stop Chorban for killing him. Go to the Wards and find Chorban, talk with him and move quest forward. Now find Chora's Den and aproach the bar. You will be attacked by two assassins hired by Saren. Kill them and see the scene with Urdnot Wrex. We will find him later, now talk with Harkin and intimidate him to give you the location of Garrus Vakarian. Go to the Med Clinic and find Garrus trying to rescue Doctor Mitchel from Fist's Thugs. Shoot them and talk with Garrus. He will join your crew from now on.
