311In Part 4 of the Mass Effect playthrough, Kylie Shepard wakes up deeply regretting her tumble with Kaiden at the end of the last part (not that kind of tumble, you perverts), and we learn a little about our mysterious antagonist on the way to the Citadel, where Captain Anderson hopes to convince Saren's employers to do something about the whole mess.
In the distant future, mankind discovered a means to kick science in the balls and achieve faster-than-light travel. But when they finally got around to exploring the rest of the Milky Way Galaxy, they found that a bunch of other alien species beat 'em to the punch... but you know humans, right? That wasn't gonna stop us from strutting around like we're the hottest thing this side of the asteroid belt. And so, here we are: welcome to the Mass Effect trilogy, where mankind wrestles with good, evil, and its own goddamn ego in the face of galactic extinction!
