In pursuit of unmistakable taste, Tanqueray No. TEN is our first masterpiece that took over 2 years to create, by distilling fresh citrus fruits, fresh chamomile & four natural botanical. The result is a distinctly crisp gin that comes alive at the hands of movers & shakers.
The Martini cocktail is often a bartenders DNA and many say it’s the hardest drink to make. Dilution, temperature, balance, texture and ratios are all at play here...
"My Martini, The Lighthouse starts with Tanqueray No. TEN, and incorporates a wakame and orange zest tincture, a smoked onion and lime zest pickle liquid, an olive oil infusion of lemongrass and almond, and a vermouth blend. These ingredients are stirred together and finished with grapefruit oil, and is garnished with a nori cracker. The Lighthouse pays homage to the fresh citrus notes in Tanqueray No. 10, while taking it in a distinctive oceanic direction . My ritual around this drink is to highlight the citrus heart as my guiding light, while infusing new and perhaps unexpected elements to make a fun, new style Tanqueray No. TEN Martini."
