4:15 Anti-Infantry Group
4:57 Summary

The biggest mistake is grouping weapons by ammunition type, Energy, Ballistic, and Missile. Instead weapons should be organized by how they should be used as follows:

Piercing: PPC, Autocannon 20, Autocannon 10 and Large Laser
Critical Hit: SRM 2, SRM 4, and SRM 6
Long Range: LRM 5, LRM 10, LRM 15, LRM 20, Autocannon 5, and Autocannon 2
Efficiency: Medium Laser and Small Laser
Anti-Infantry: Machine gun and Flamer

By grouping weapons in this way and then using them is the best way to understand how to quickly destroy Battlemechs. The first step is opening with a piercing weapon like a Particle Projector Cannon to open a hole in the Battlemechs armor and then follow up with a Short Ranged Missile from the critical hit group. The other weapons support this basic combination, for example the Medium Laser helps finish off opening a hole in the mech and the Long Ranged Missile is used to control the battlefield. Lastly weapons like the flamethrower help with infantry and combined arms.
