A Royal Marine who threw himself on an exploding grenade to save his comrades in Afghanistan has lent his George Cross to the Imperial War Museum in London. LCpl Matt Croucher of 40 Commando was awarded the medal by the Queen in October 2008. It will go on display as part of a new exhibition later this year.
