Today, during a trip to the UK I visited my friends Eleanor and Mark in a small town called Newbury, about an hour out of London by train. I lived with Elle in Australia for a year and we've known each other for about a decade now, and one of the first things she said was 'Aerial Yoga, you're in right?'
