I have hacks on for this video but they shouldn't affect the damage calculation itself. Requirements:
1 max combo chip
1 parry master chip
3 power/risk chips
3 virus chips
2 aggressive chips
2 fatigue chips
3x combo
1 active attack cog
37 dark essence
Corrupted Blade (not axe)

And spin attack a parried, def-down enemy.

Notes:
The corrupted blade does more damage than the corrupted axe in a single critical spin attack when you have 13 or more dark essence
Power and risk chips actually have a 25% damage bonus, while spin attack chips only do 25-30%
With both fatigue chips on you don't have enough stamina to charge a spin attack even with a stamina cog active. either start the spin attack charge with another weapon and re-equip, equip the fatigue chips after charging or enable increased stamina in explorer mode
