Max Payne 3 | Hardcore Difficulty Guide | Chapter 4 "Anybody Can Buy Me a Drink"
Max Payne 3 played on Hardcore difficulty mode! Hardcore difficulty is the hardest difficulty available for play and can be unlocked after clearing the game on Hard difficulty. When I say "hardest difficulty," I mean it is the hardest normal difficulty that isn't a novelty setting with time challenges such as "New York Minute" difficulty or Last Man Standing restrictions such as "Old School" difficulty. While these novelty settings are inarguably challenging, their difficulty is set below "Hardcore" mode, whose difficulty involves receiving more damage, outputting less damage, and receiving fewer painkillers. Additionally, I will not be playing with any perks or extra advantages. For instance, no Golden Guns will be used, and my targeting mode is set to "Free Aim" so that I receive no assistance while aiming. And lastly, this guide will be strictly gameplay. No cut scenes will be included. Thank you for the support, and I hope you enjoy the guide.
