Dead on Arrival Difficulty Part 1 Chapter 1
Max Payne Let's play Rosco Street Station

Here is my appeal, I was going to send after they rejected my first appeal, but I just decided not to bother, because youtube is fucking stupid. You can watch the helicopter part anywhere else if you want... and also check the song and hear that they took the part from Max Payne.
Appeal:
PLAGIARISM, that's what this is the "SONG" that plays according to you, at the start of this video, is not a song. It is a part of a cinematic movie, that is in the game Max Payne. The Movie and music & sounds, helicopter noise, police sirens were made by Remedy entertainment the creator of this video game: Max Payne. Therefore you can not monetize this or even use the helicopter & police siren sounds for your "SONGS" & then come claim my videos, to be using your "SONGS" As clearly it is the Wizzy Noise artist who has taken the part from this movie, to be the intro to their "SONG", which is plagiarism,
Clearly Wizzy Noise did not create the Helicopter, police sirens sounds "AESIR PLAZA" "Assault in Progress Aesir Plaza" Those words are said in this Max Payne video game cinematic movie, and are the ORIGINAL WORK of REMEDY ENTERTAINMENT. I am telling you the claim is WRONG, because the SONG itself is not in the video, a part that was FIRST in this video game, can not in anyway be created before the song, so your claim is invalid. This Video game was released in 2001
Wizzy noise radical payne in 2003
If the song made, falls under fair-use, as does my video because it involves my original commentary.
Read the Rockstar EULA http://www.rockstargames.com/eula
As Max Payne IP, is owned by Rockstar Entertainment
I am fucking right.
In conclusion you can not claim it no matter how you look at it..........
