This really is the final level now! I found a major 41s shortcut! I had the idea ages ago but could never make it work because there's a 1 pixel platform I have to hit (similar to p3c5). I have to trigger Horne before I activate the cutscene. Save glitching affects the cutscenes, saving half a second over doing it normally.
