Max Payne Speedrun completed in a Single-segment (all in one go), going for best real time. Done on Dead on Arrival difficulty (hardest) in 51:35 according to SDA timing; 5 minutes faster than my SS run, thanks to the save glitch. This is also under 57 minutes from the opening cutscene to my final sniper shot.
I've been attempting this run on an off for a year and a half, but I finally set aside a 6 week block to attempt this everyday and have finally cracked it. The main challenge here was trying to get a solid run incorporating all the tricks. The save glitch is hard to get right, since it's frame perfect, but it went very well here. Death is an ever present issue, but less so here than in a SS run, thanks to the Dead Man Walking glitch. However, as with the segmented run I only use it for 4 levels.
