Build Details: 14:06
Build Breakdown:
This build combines the Basho arms (max melee damage) and the VE-20B Generator (max energy weapon damage) to maximize damage output for the Moonlight Blade, and I gotta stay the results are rather good. Moonlight becomes a SERIOUS threat.
Because I want to stagger my opponent quickly I need weapons with some good stagger capacity. I want a lightweight build (cause that's my prefered playstyle), so I got no room for Bazookas cause they are too heavy and shooting them requires your AC to remain stationary, leaving you open for retaliation or to get hit by missiles, both of which you don't want on a lightweight build with relative low AP. Shotguns and SMGs are the better options cause they are very suppressive and can be fired "on the go". I chose the Etsujin because they recently got buffed and I prefer SMGs over shotguns, but this build could work with (the very strong) Zimms too.
I use the ol' reliable Six Cell Missile launcher As a back-up weapon to remain holding pressure during Etsujin reload and/or to punish when the Moonlight is overheated.
As for the rest of the frame I use the Nachtreiter because they give a high jump bonus (which also increases quick boost distance) without the downsides of reverse joint legs and the Alba core because it's one of the (of not THE) most solid cores in the game.
FCS is Ocellus, because it pairs well with Etsujin, is great on a lightweight rushdown build and it compensates the bad weapon handling stats of the Basho arms.
It's a fast lightweight AC, so for boosters I use the Alula because.. well obvious reasons I think. And finally I use the Pulse Armor because it's the most versatile tool of all the expansions.
Hope y'all enjoy the vid and feel free to ask me about the build!
