The Ghosts 'n Goblins franchise is one of video games' most renowned, so naturally Capcom paid homage to the series by introducing a 3D-platformer spin-off called, Maximo: Ghosts to Glory for the PlayStation 2 back in 2001. Is the game worthy enough to fill the shoes of its spiritual predecessor? How about its 2003 sequel, Vs. Army of Zin? After a 15-year hiatus, I revisit Capcom's spooky homage to one of its most heralded franchises. What do I think of these two today?
