The roving rollerskate gangs and eccentric enemies of DJ Boy carry over into this delightful, yet frustrating sequel. Nobody seems to have any obvious goal, and in the never-ending fray that threatens to topple New York, it can be difficult to discern friend from foe. Although slightly tamer ramping up of the insanity, it seems to have a lot of the original flavors of blatant racism and even a third player available.
