Out of the fire, into the frying pan. We leave the Nexus and head into Eos. There we finally get the Nomad (in a Borderlands fashion) and have our first encounter with a Fiend.
We also encounter a permanent dead companion glitch, which I solved by just loading a save after the death.

This playthrough is on Insanity difficulty.
