Mobile Beacon can use to destroy enemy tower, weaken enemy and increase chance to win.

For the reinforcement, I prefer to keep it instead of using it once CD end or use it immediately after acquire. Use it when I mostly can reduce enemy HP to 0 or confirm big losses.
