A tactical first-person shooter developed by the 2015 studio team and the first PC installment of the series launched in 1999 on the PlayStation console.
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault is a tactical action game set in the realities of World War II, in the years 1942 - 1945. The player assumes the role of a US Army soldier, Sergeant Mike Powell, serving in the famous 1st Ranger Battalion, who is recruited by the OSS and fights in 20 missions based on the historical campaigns of World War II. Each mission poses different challenges for the player. In some we have to perform a sensitive task alone in enemy territory, and in some we have to participate in large military operations, such as the landing in Normandy and the attack on Arzew. The creators of Medal of Honor: Allied Assault made the entire audiovisual setting of the game very carefully, the three-dimensional graphic engine of Quake III was used here, over 1000 separate character animations were made, the sound effects were made by the award-winning team from EA Los Angeles, and original orchestral pieces were created by composer Michael Giacchino.
