This is one of my all time favourite FPS games. Modded this a little to get it to run correct FOV and 21:9 3440x1440. Also enhanced Nvidia settings.

21:9 Mod:
Go to the games main download file, inside there go to here
main\configs\unnamedsoldier.cfg
Open the unnamedsoldier.cfg file in notepad and find the ‘cvars’ section and paste in the following at the bottom, changing the width and height numbers to whatever your screen resolution is
seta r_customwidth "3440"
seta r_customheight "1440"
seta r_mode "-1"
Then save the file and close it and play the game 

FOV Mod:
Go to the games main download file, inside there go to here
main\configs\unnamedsoldier.cfg
Open the unnamedsoldier.cfg file in notepad and find the ‘cvars’ section and paste in the following at the bottom
seta ui_console "1"
seta developer "1"
Then save and close the file and load up the game
Once in game hit the tilde key, next to the number 1 on your keyboard, and type in
fov 120
and hit enter and off you go. Do this every time you load a new level.
(TIP: if you hit F5, to quick save the game, it will save your fov level from that point so do that straight away after loading into a level and if you die before next save you can load the quick save with F9 and the fov will already be at your custom level)

FPS Mod:
To unlock the fps hit the tilde key, next to the number 1 on your keyboard, and type in
com_maxfps 100
replace the 100 with any number you want
