Zombies are wandering the streets, and they're lead by cane wielding necromancers. Kill the Zombies and then when the necromancer solidifies launch a charged cane attack followed up by some sword swipes to take them out. You may have to take out the Zombies again if you're not quick enough.
There's a block puzzle early on after getting the first key, but it acts as just as info to let you know you can push and pull objects.
The clock piece inside the house acts a way of telling you there's destructible terrain, but it usually is only boxes that look like these, and certain barrels in a few levels.
Before going through the window to follow Palethorn, make sure to nab the Chalice on the train track by hitting the bell. (The train stops if you have 100% filled it).
Once you follow Palethorn through the window, you'll be back in the museum.
Kill the Jackals quickly and try your best to avoid their + shaped attack which is fairly obvious to predict.
Inside the tomb you're to fight more Jackals and grab three items via block pushing in a + shaped room.
You do need all three blocks to access two, so plan to push the tallest block into position first, and then the middle, and finally smallest.

The three statues require an item each, but luckily the inventory has them in order, and you don't really need to think about which item to use because of this.

Doing so frees up Princess Kiya, a mummy who acts as a love interest for Dan.

The Chalice rewards you with the Hammer, which is just as useful as in the first game, but I found myself using it less (mainly in just the next level).
