Mega Man was the first video in what became a legendary collection of platform shooters that spawned whole generations. While Capcom has seemingly forgot about it today, this franchise played a huge role in making the company the success it became.

The first game was hard, and the controls were more slippy than later games, but it was a fantastic game, with infinite continues, something more games needed. Well worth a play, even with some serious BS sections, like Disappearing Blocks.
