Mega Man 10: Opening & Title Screen (With Bass)
I just got done with Mega Man 9, and Mega Man 11 is out in a few days at this point. So I'll close the gap with this game.
The opening of this game hurts my heart and soul as it shows that Roll, an innocent robot girl, just came down with a very realistic flu. Apparently, this was a case of Roboenza, which is a flu that only affects robots. This means that this can affect Mega Man, Auto, and Rush too if they aren't careful.
But really, why poor Roll?! If you've followed one of my more obscure playthroughs before, you'll realize why this is making my eyes twitch. She was sent to bed almost as if she suffered from a coma!
This Roboenza not only affected Roll, but many other robots already, making them malfunction. In this era, humans were so overly-reliant on their robots that this virus kept them from even getting simple tasks done. This also kept people from finding a cure to this outbreak.
A month after the Roboenza occurred, many of the robots that were affected by it not only malfunctioned, but started going Maver-, I mean berserk! They started attacking everywhere in an attempt to take over the world. This even affected Dr. Wily, whose ship almost crashed into Dr. Light's lab before Mega Man caught it.
Wily was making progress of finding the Roboenza cure using a machine that could develop it, but one of the stronger robots took it from him. Dr. Light and Mega Man had no other choice but to work with their share arch-nemesis if they were to get that cure and save all of the robots, including Roll!
But Mega Man wasn't going to do this alone. His older brother and predecessor, Proto Man, would team up with him to beat a new team of Robot Masters!

Meanwhile, Bass was looking to hone his skills, and decided that this game's Robot Masters would give him the challenge he oh-so desired.
