We fight Break Man for the final time and he is just as much of a pushover here as he is in the other stages. Not much to say about it.

And alas, we find out Dr. Wily was behind everything the whole time, what a shocker. The first Wily stage is pretty boring and not much of a challenge, pretty forgettable for the start of the final stages of the game, and the boss is simply pathetic.

2nd Wily Stage however isnt so much as boring as it is generous with all of the powerups and the short Rush Jet section which they give far too much energy for, ive never seen anyone run out in this section ever. And then the fight with Yellow Devil can be a bit tricky if you cant memorize the pattern of his blocks shooting out but he can be pretty easy once you know when and where to jump/slide.
