Figured no one else tried to use the FM patches from Mega Man: The Wily Wars to their fullest capabilities. I know, the Mega Man 7 drum samples count as cheating. But let's be honest, the FM drums are really lacking.

This is, hands down, one of the best tracks from MM4V. It's really atmospheric, which is something you don't see often in Mega Man-styled compositions. It also gives that aura that you're having an adventurous voyage in an underwater location. What can you imagine in Dive Man's stage with a theme like this? I arranged this one out of all the tracks because this is the one that has grown to me the most (I still love the others, though), and I feel like making something for DurfarC for letting me make at least one track for his game.
