2The stage begins with some bouncy heads and big ferrets. Watch for crystals falling from the ceiling as you cross the holes. Go up the next ladder and Eddie will reward you a random item. Next in line, aliens shoot crystals and there are spikes over falling crystals. Go up the next ladder and you’ll see a brushback cannon over spikes plus more big ferrets. As you descend, you’ll see rocket shields and drop clouds. By a mouse, you’ll find an M-Tank. An M-Tank fully restores ammo of weapons plus your own energy. As you descend by the spikes, position yourself at the right spot and you’ll retrieve the “V” letter. After witnessing some flashing cones and a big ape fighter, go through the gates to battle Crystal Man. Crystal Man attacks by shooting crystals that divide into 4 and bounce off walls. Using the Gyro Attack weapon works well against this boss. After the battle, you’ll receive the Crystal Eye weapon.
