Mega Man 6 - Yamato Man's Stage
Proceeding along the stereotype train we arrive at the Japanese stereotype stage... Yamato Man's stage. Since yamato literally translates into Japan (supposedly), even the robot master's name is making it very clear which country the stage is being "based" off of. With enemies like spear-wielding samurai warrior stuffs, and a Japanese-styled enemy riding a... giant... frog... Oookay, kind of weird, but anyways... The stage itself is quite fun, and even has two completely different paths! I decided to take the path you need the Power Adaptor for since Roahm did the other path in his perfect run of this stage.
Yamato Man himself is easily the most annoying Robot Master to pull this off on. Dodging his mid-air spreading spear attack can be quite tricky, and there are WAY too many places where Mega Man 6's control issues can cost you the no damage run. Yamato Man's pattern is simple at least... He has two attacks... He will either fire his spear straight at you, or leap into the air and fire a spread of three. When he fires his spear-head at you, he literally has to go pick it back up. The key thing in is boss AI is he will not perform the same attack more than two times in a row. Thus, if he does either two times in a row, you KNOW what is coming next.
Enjoy!~
