Burst Man's stage is pretty easy. You just have to be patient for the bombs to blow up. I somehow slid under one, probably a glitch. The letter isn't hard to miss, so you shouldn't have any trouble getting it.
The mini boss in this stage isn't that hard either. When it shoots, jump over the first two so the third will be shot upward. I just went trigger happy with the buster on it and it died pretty quickly.
Burst Man itself is a decent boss. Some people have a lot of trouble with him, but I believe it's just a matter of patience. You have to be careful to not get hit by the bubbles. If you're trapped in one, it might send you up the top to the spikes.
