Mega Man 7: Part 5: Freeze Man Stage
1Freeze Man is my favorite Robot Master in this game. He likes to pose and taunt you, almost like a Power Ranger.
There's another Rush powerup here called the Rush Search. It's pretty easy to get, and once you do, you can have Rush sniff around and dig up items from the ground like the robot dog he is.
Do this at the last ledge before Freeze Man room to find the Exit item, which lets you leave the level you're on just as long as you've already beaten its boss.
When you enter Freeze Man's room, if you don't do anything besides charging, he won't move either. As soon as you do something, he'll starting attacking.
He's weak to the Junk Shield. When you beat Freeze Man, you'll get his weapon: Freeze Cracker. It appears to be a stronger version of Mega Man X's Shotgun Ice, as Mega Man can aim the Freeze Cracker up and down and it unleashes more ice shards.
