4based darko. Saves around 3 secs without pause buffer, 1 sec with. I pause buffered in this vid to more easily showcase how to do it and the timing/positioning.
Move up w/ rush jet, slide, pause/unpause afterwards. During the unpause, hold up. When you move again, continue to hold up while alternating left/right. Whenever Mega Man changes to a standing position, jump. After that, hold right and you're in the next room. Don't slide or you'll get pushed out of the wall.
Version without pause buffer is exactly the same, but you push down+b to slide then immediately start holding up again.
