I'm very happy to finally upload my strategy for fighting Wily. I used this strategy to defeat Wily for my first time many years ago. This involves using the Freeze Cracker as your primary weapon and the Thunder Bolt as a weapon that forces Wily to use an attack. If you're not fast enough to hit him with the Thunder Bolt though, you may take a lot of damage. You have to watch your ammo for this too. I didn't even realize while recording that I was running out of energy for the Freeze Cracker until (to my horror) was right near the end of the battle because I kept fooling around. ;) Anyways, I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed fighting Wily.
